I have agreed to provide a written testimonial to Heifer Project International, an Arkansas nonprofit corporation (“Heifer”) about why I chose to be a part of Heifer’s “Friends of Heifer” program, and why Heifer’s charitable mission is important to me (the “Testimonial”).

I agree that Heifer is the exclusive owner of the Testimonial, and that Heifer and its contractors may use the Testimonial, along with my name and image, in any reasonable manner, throughout the world, for an unlimited number of times in perpetuity, royalty free, in any format or medium, including but not limited to public service announcements, commercials, advertisements, videos, promotions, fundraising materials, literature, and educational materials. I understand the Testimonial, and my name and image, may be available for viewing or reading by the general public, and may appear on Heifer's website, in print, or in other formats and mediums. I understand that I am providing this authorization free of charge or consideration.

I waive any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action, liabilities, or rights against Heifer, along with Heifer’s agents, directors, officers, representatives, successors, assigns, employees, contractors, and volunteers, whether such claims or rights are known or unknown before, during, or after the execution of this Release, including all claims resulting from the use of the Testimonial and my name and image, whether arising in whole or in part from actions or failures to act, whether negligent or otherwise. Furthermore, I waive any right of inspection or approval of my Testimonial, name, and image, or the uses to which such Testimonial, name or image may be put. I acknowledge that Heifer will rely on this Release and I agree not to assert any claim of any nature against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted under this Release. I agree Heifer assumes no liability or responsibility with regard to its use of my Testimonial, name, or image. I agree that this Release is irrevocable.

This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and all disputes that might arise hereunder shall be adjudicated exclusively in Pulaski County, Arkansas. I agree this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
